The Senior Paralegal provides an excellent opportunity to support a broad range of projects in a fast-paced technology environment. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities IncludedL
- Prepare, review and manage legal documents Draft and prepare responses to discovery requests.
- Provide support to attorneys in drafting and editing various agreements and documents.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts and other pertinent documents including general contract lifecycle management activities, including template and clause development and organization.
- Daily engagement and collaboration with internal business teams, including responding to client inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership.
- Assist in conducting due diligence reviews and compliance checks to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are constantly met.
- Conduct legal research as needed
Qualifications:
- B.A. or higher required.
- Paralegal certificate required.
- Minimum 5 years in a corporate legal department.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
