  • EDGAR Operations: Manage the EDGAR filing process end-to-end, including document compilation, formatting, submission, and confirmation of acceptance.

  • Regulatory Coordination: Assist with SEC comment responses and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and service providers to support filings including Forms 13F, 13G, and 13H.

  • Documentation & Quality Control: Draft, proofread, and conduct consistency and version-control reviews of disclosure documents and related materials.

  • Project Management: Maintain filing calendars, workflow schedules, status reports, and internal trackers to ensure timely, accurate submissions and adherence to deadlines.

International Distribution Support

  • Regulatory Coordination: Track jurisdictional requirements, maintain regulatory matrices, and organize guidance from local counsel.

  • Documentation Support: Provide documentation and administrative support for international ETF distribution initiatives and cross-border fund registrations.

  • Agreements Management: Support execution and maintenance of international selling agreements, platform documentation, and related distribution arrangements.

Contract & Agreement Management

  • Contract Administration: Organize and maintain agreement records, including executed agreements, amendments, restatements, and governance documentation.

  • Contract Review Support: Conduct preliminary review of NDAs and corporate agreements and support attorney review of more complex contracts.

  • Board & Governance Support: Prepare board materials, resolutions, fund governance documentation, and related legal memoranda.

  • Execution & Coordination: Prepare documents for execution and coordinate signature collection with internal and external stakeholders.

Legal Operations, Employment Support & Project Management

  • Workflow & Project Management: Track deliverables, maintain timelines, and support coordination across legal workstreams and strategic initiatives.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including template standardization, playbook development, workflow enhancements, and technology implementation projects.

  • Employment & Litigation Support: Assist with employment-related matters, internal reviews, outside counsel requests, litigation holds, and document collection.

  • File & Records Management: Maintain matter files, support scheduling and deadlines, and ensure accurate recordkeeping across legal matters.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with attorneys, business stakeholders, IT, and external service providers to improve legal processes and operational efficiency.
