This role sits at the heart of CarTrawler’s North American partnerships, shaping long-term relationships with some of our most strategic partners. With a strong focus on growth, performance and commercial excellence, the Senior Partner Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in unlocking new opportunities, strengthening collaboration and driving mutual success. Working closely with trading, product and commercial leaders, this role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. It’s an opportunity to influence outcomes, lead complex partner conversations and make a tangible impact on CarTrawler’s continued growth in North America.
While the role offers flexibility, there is an expectation to attend the office at least once per week.

What you’ll do as a Senior Partner Relationship Manager
- Set the strategic direction for CarTrawler’s most important North American partnerships, shaping multi-year growth plans aligned to both partner ambitions and CarTrawler’s commercial objectives.
- Lead joint business planning with senior partner stakeholders, translating market insight, performance data and opportunity analysis into clear, executable roadmaps.
- Own the commercial health and sustainability of partner relationships, steering renewals and negotiations to protect long-term profitability while strengthening strategic alignment.
- Act as the internal executive sponsor for key partners, aligning Trading, Product, Engineering and Commercial teams around shared priorities and outcomes.
- Identify and unlock incremental growth opportunities across new products, touchpoints and operating models, influencing investment decisions and go-to-market approaches.
- Provide strategic performance leadership through data-led storytelling, ensuring partners clearly understand results, trade-offs and future opportunities at both operational and executive level.
- Travel to Partner QBRs, conferences, industry events and trade shows, ensuring CarTrawler is well represented and values are upheld.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Proven experience managing and growing complex commercial partnerships in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, margin drivers and partner economics.
- Confidence leading senior-level conversations, including negotiations, renewals and strategic reviews.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally to translate partner needs into actionable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and influence with clarity.
- Resilience, judgement and curiosity, thriving in ambiguity while continuously looking for smarter ways to drive value.
