What You'll Own
Work with Partner Business Managers to develop and execute strategic plans that build partner revenue capability and accelerate WalkMe adoption across the partner's customer base
Define joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and presales methodologies with partner teams that deliver measurable outcomes for their customers
Build and manage trusted technical relationships with key partner stakeholders, deepening WalkMe's presence within partner programs over time
Design and deliver tailored WalkMe demonstrations and POCs aligned to the use cases and outcomes most valued by the partner and their end customers
Enable, train, and motivate partner sales and technical teams throughout the life of the partnership, acting as a respected and reliable advisor
Participate in demand generation activities including industry events, innovation days, partner summits, and joint go-to-market programs
What You Need to Succeed
5+ years in a presales, solution consulting, or partner-facing technical role
Demonstrated experience working within a channel or partner ecosystem (VAR, GSI, ISV, or technology alliance)
Proven ability to enable and activate partner sales teams, not just end customers
Expertise in designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
Ability to engage effectively across all levels — from partner SEs and AEs to C-suite executives
Deep understanding of enterprise software and how to build a business case for technology investment
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
Familiarity with digital adoption, change management, or enterprise productivity technologies preferred
Willingness to travel up to 50% to partner and customer sites
