As a Senior Partner Solution Advisor, you will report to the Director of Global Partner Solution Advisory. Your primary focus is building technical credibility and revenue capability across WalkMe's partner ecosystem. Working alongside Partner Business Managers, you'll own the technical dimension of partner relationships — from defining joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies, to enabling partner sales teams to confidently identify, position, and close WalkMe opportunities.

What You'll Own

  • Work with Partner Business Managers to develop and execute strategic plans that build partner revenue capability and accelerate WalkMe adoption across the partner's customer base

  • Define joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and presales methodologies with partner teams that deliver measurable outcomes for their customers

  • Build and manage trusted technical relationships with key partner stakeholders, deepening WalkMe's presence within partner programs over time

  • Design and deliver tailored WalkMe demonstrations and POCs aligned to the use cases and outcomes most valued by the partner and their end customers

  • Enable, train, and motivate partner sales and technical teams throughout the life of the partnership, acting as a respected and reliable advisor

  • Participate in demand generation activities including industry events, innovation days, partner summits, and joint go-to-market programs

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years in a presales, solution consulting, or partner-facing technical role

  • Demonstrated experience working within a channel or partner ecosystem (VAR, GSI, ISV, or technology alliance)

  • Proven ability to enable and activate partner sales teams, not just end customers

  • Expertise in designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes

  • Ability to engage effectively across all levels — from partner SEs and AEs to C-suite executives

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software and how to build a business case for technology investment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously

  • Familiarity with digital adoption, change management, or enterprise productivity technologies preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to partner and customer sites
