What You'll Do
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle-from design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in C# and .NET Core, applying best practices for maintainability and performance.
- Build and enhance platform infrastructure through software development, enabling reliable and efficient engineering workflows.
- Apply GitOps methodologies to streamline deployment processes and manage infrastructure as code.
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes-based infrastructure, automating deployments using Helm Charts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support business and technical goals.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, contributing to the growth of team capabilities.
- Champion platform reliability and scalability through thoughtful architecture, tooling, and automation.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with hands-on proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Experience building and maintaining distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in complex, distributed environments.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern deployment strategies like canary and blue-green deployments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of GitOps practices and infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience writing and executing performance tests using tools such as K6, Gatling, Locust, JMeter, or similar technologies is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog and the ELK stack is a plus.
