BAE Systems is looking for a dynamic individual, self-motivated, with data and computing modernization experience, to join our team as a Senior Principal IT Security Specialist providing support to the United States Army Europe-Africa's (USAREUR-AF) data and computing modernization efforts required to configure and integrate systems that support mission command decision-making, enhance interoperability and C2 data sharing between US, NATO and coalition partners, and support the command's concept for distributed command post operations.
The Senior Principal IT Security Specialist will integrate C4 and cyberspace operations while providing security cooperation support for the assessment, planning, coordination, and execution of client C4 and cyberspace security cooperation and interoperability programs. Interface with Allies and partners on C4/Cyber matters in an advisory role spanning DOTMLPF-I, planning and executing C4/Cyber related programs and processes, and providing analytical support.
Additionally, the Senior Principal IT Security Specialist safeguards networks against unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. Researches, evaluates, designs, tests, recommends, communicates, and implements new security software or devices. Implements, enforces, communicates, and may develop internet, network, or other information security policies or security plans for data, internet, software applications, hardware, telecommunications, and computer installations.
This position will be hybrid. Work locations will include Sterling, VA; Rockville, MD; Mount Laurel, NJ; Orlando, FL; Huntsville, AL. Other major BAE Systems work locations may also be considered.

Minimum education and years of experience required:
12+ Years with HS
10+ Years with AA
8+ Years with BS
6+ Years with MS
4+ Years with PhD
Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 12 years of experience
May substitute equivalent experience, training and/or certifications for the degree. Relevant experience is job-related work that provides the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform in the role.
Working knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office

Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Regulations
Experience to include classroom work with modeling and simulation

Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
