Location: This position is onsite and based in Austin, TX.

This specific role is for a client who is world renowned for crafting products and experiences that change the world. You will be a serving as a Senior Producer/Senior Project Manager overseeing a team of Production Managers and Designers though the design process. This is a great opportunity for a Project manager who thrives in a collaborative, creative face paced environment. You must be able to work 40 hours a week onsite in our Austin office, from the end of June until the end of August.

What you’ll be doing.
  • Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
  • Provide quality assurance on project deliverables. Promote exceptional quality standards on all project deliverables
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple business stakeholders and teams
  • Understand the big picture and overarching mission but move to tactical execution and follow the details of complex systems
  • Identify creative solutions as issues arise in order to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Support a multi-disciplinary team to develop best-in-class creative executions; build trust quickly with partners
What we’d like to see.
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex digital projects
  • Proficient in project management tools including Jira, Smartsheet, and Wiki 
  • Ability to build timelines with dependencies and identify critical paths
  • Skilled in tracking and trafficking a high volume of marketing assets
  • Experience leading teams through the development of assets that will contribute to a digital prototype
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organized with a positive, can-do attitude
    Strong problem-solving skills; able to proactively remove roadblocks and keep teams moving forward
  • Experience with production studios and process development
  • Proven ability to lead asset development workflows from end to end
  • Client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating daily with clients and delivering weekly status reports to senior stakeholders (including Apple and Hero leads)
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets to track and report on project progress
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week onsite in our Austin office, from 7/8 through 9/6.  (might be a few hours the week of 7/1)

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop
  • Understanding of digital prototyping fundamentals
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and processes

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
