The Senior Producer is responsible for overseeing daily project management and production activities from start to finish. This Senior Producer will manage internal teams and vendor partners, lead client communications, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. This role requires a balanced approach to meeting client goals while preserving creative integrity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as an agency or brand producer, or in a related role.
Proven track record managing a variety of project types including strategy, design, digital/web, content, and experiential projects.
Experience in defining scopes, developing staffing plans, negotiating contracts, and creating project plans, budgets, and schedules
Expertise in defining project scopes, staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and delegate effectively.
Create and maintain status reports, asset trackers, and other project management and communication tools to effectively manage the overall budget and deliverables
Serve as a key point of contact on projects for both clients and interdisciplinary internal teams
Excellent communication skills and experience managing client expectations.
In-depth knowledge and relations with industry network, partners, and freelance contractors
The hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
