Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients. 

We are looking for a Senior Producer to oversee end-to-end delivery for one of our largest, most complex accounts in the telco space. In this client-facing role, you will manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborating with interaction designers, strategists, and product teams, you will drive the production of high-quality digital experiences while maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidates should have: 

  • 6+ years of experience in digital production and project management at an agency/consultancy or similar, with enterprise‑scale client experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase app and website projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of creative, digital production workflows, from concept to completion. 
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. 
  • Experience managing interaction design teams and coordinating closely with product and engineering teams
  • High attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving project scopes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with modern PM/roadmapping and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Notion).

We’d like to know that you can: 

  • Lead end-to-end digital project management for large-scale initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with the brand’s creative standards.
  • Identify and address critical project challenges, including budget constraints, delays, resource allocation, team morale, output quality, creative direction, and technical obstacles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional presentation and communication skills, effectively managing client expectations on tasks, deliverables, and final approvals through regular project reviews and interim milestones.
  • Track project progress, ensuring timelines are met and providing consistent updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, even during challenging phases of large projects.
  • Ensure quality and consistency by reviewing all deliverables before they are shared with the client, guaranteeing they meet creative and brand standards. 
  • Drive continuous process improvements, identifying areas to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $110k-$140k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
