This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a strategic storyteller and operator — someone equally adept at positioning innovation, driving go-to-market execution and turning customer outcomes into proof of value.

What You Will Do

Positioning & Narrative

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning that connects AI and risk intelligence capabilities to customer value.
  • Build a unified narrative that resonates with business, technical, and executive audiences across industries.

GTM Strategy & Launch Excellence

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new capabilities and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across teams.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to accelerate adoption and pipeline growth through data-backed storytelling.

Customer Marketing & Advocacy

  • Create programs that turn customer outcomes into proof points—case studies, webinars, and community engagement.
  • Partner with Customer Success to showcase measurable ROI and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain an expert view of the competitive and market landscape, identifying trends that shape our narrative.
  • Provide insights, tools, and analyses that inform strategy and sharpen differentiation.

Sales & Field Enablement

  • Equip GTM teams with concise, high-impact messaging, content, and enablement materials that win deals.
  • Measure enablement success through adoption, win rates, and customer feedback.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years (preferred) in B2B SaaS product marketing, with proven success in shaping narratives and launching complex products that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong experience marketing AI-powered, analytics, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Ability to distill technical depth into clear, persuasive storytelling for business audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in customer marketing and advocacy, including building programs that highlight impact and outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, or risk management domains is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar, or equivalent experience.

Why You Will Love It Here

  • Shape a category-defining story: Lead the narrative for how Resilinc’s AI and risk intelligence solutions transform supply chain resilience and business continuity.
  • Drive high-impact go-to-market execution: Partner across Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to translate innovation into adoption, revenue, and measurable customer outcomes.
