The Senior Product & Customer Marketing Manager will shape and amplify the story of Resilinc’s transformation. You’ll translate complex technology into compelling narratives that drive market leadership, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a strategic storyteller and operator — someone equally adept at positioning innovation, driving go-to-market execution and turning customer outcomes into proof of value.
What You Will Do
Positioning & Narrative
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning that connects AI and risk intelligence capabilities to customer value.
- Build a unified narrative that resonates with business, technical, and executive audiences across industries.
GTM Strategy & Launch Excellence
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new capabilities and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across teams.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to accelerate adoption and pipeline growth through data-backed storytelling.
Customer Marketing & Advocacy
- Create programs that turn customer outcomes into proof points—case studies, webinars, and community engagement.
- Partner with Customer Success to showcase measurable ROI and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Maintain an expert view of the competitive and market landscape, identifying trends that shape our narrative.
- Provide insights, tools, and analyses that inform strategy and sharpen differentiation.
Sales & Field Enablement
- Equip GTM teams with concise, high-impact messaging, content, and enablement materials that win deals.
- Measure enablement success through adoption, win rates, and customer feedback.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years (preferred) in B2B SaaS product marketing, with proven success in shaping narratives and launching complex products that drive measurable growth.
- Strong experience marketing AI-powered, analytics, or enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to distill technical depth into clear, persuasive storytelling for business audiences.
- Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success in customer marketing and advocacy, including building programs that highlight impact and outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, or risk management domains is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar, or equivalent experience.
