Senior Product Designer, Prediction Markets

The Prediction Markets team is building a new asset class that enables customers to engage with real-world events in dynamic and meaningful ways. This team operates at the forefront of product development, partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations to launch new experiences across multiple verticals. You will help define how users interact with fast-evolving markets while contributing to one of the fastest-growing and most strategic areas of the business!

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design for a 0→1 product area within Prediction Markets. You’ll shape user experiences across trading, engagement, and platform expansion, working closely with product managers, engineers, and operations partners. This role requires navigating ambiguity, incorporating leadership feedback, and delivering high-quality design solutions tied to business outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the direction of a new business line and contribute to high-priority initiatives with visibility at the executive level!

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas within Prediction Markets, from concept through launch
• Design and deliver user experiences for trading flows, engagement features, and web platform expansion
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define requirements and execute on high-priority initiatives
• Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, intuitive product experiences
• Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders into design iterations while maintaining product quality

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences, including launching new or early-stage products
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and can independently drive projects forward
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operational partners to deliver results
• Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and apply it to improve product outcomes
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and open to incorporating AI tools into your workflow
