We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in developing an innovative multi-agent LLM system for computational modeling in clinical research. Your role will be crucial in creating user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and other tools.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and develop marketing materials.
- Maintain product backlog, prioritizing based on user needs and business value.
- Ensure platform usability through rigorous QA testing.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual design.
- Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop websites using HTML, WordPress, and other platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience in web development with HTML, WordPress, FusionAuth, and similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and agile development processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or scientific computing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Understanding of version control systems for design artifact management.
