As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting effective, intuitive, and delightful interfaces by deeply understanding stakeholder needs, conducting user and business research, and translating insights into user experiences our customers will love to use. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, with a strong focus on onboarding flows and seamless AI feature interactions. You will test your UX solutions with customers, define optimal navigation and interaction patterns, and ensure design consistency with our brand guidelines, usability standards, accessibility best practices, and performance requirements.

What you'll be doing:

  • User and Business Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces with a focus on onboarding journeys. 
  • Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience.
  • Wireframing, Layout, and Design:
  • Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals, with strong creativity in UI to enhance onboarding flows and AI feature interactions.
  • Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices, particularly for highly engaging and intuitive interactions.
  • Prototyping and User Testing:
  • Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
  • Analyze user data and incorporate insights into design iterations.
  • Navigation and Interaction Design:
  • Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences by considering information architecture and user journeys.
  • Design Consistency and Technical Requirements:
  • Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during the development process.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably with hands-on experience at tech startups, especially those with a heavy focus on UX.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces.
  • Device Adaptation and Trends: Experience in adapting designs for various devices. Knowledge of UX/UI design trends and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • User Research and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data. Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions.
