You'll be a founding member of our Crypto platform team, where you'll get to design, build, and keep the engines running for our crypto products. What you’ll do:
Build the Future of Crypto: Dive into the exciting world of cryptocurrency and help us create a top-tier trading platform.
Design and Develop: Work on designing, building, and maintaining the services that power our crypto products.
Innovate and Problem-Solve: Tackle technical challenges, push boundaries, and contribute to cutting-edge solutions.
Keep it Running Smoothly: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our crypto services.
Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with a team of talented engineers and learn from experienced mentors or mentor more junior engineers.
Contribute to Our Tech Vision: Help us shape the future of finance and make crypto accessible to everyone.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency and contribute to continuous improvement.
What you’ll need:
For Experienced Leaders (10+ years):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline
- You're a technologist with deep expertise in building scalable, reliable systems in the Crypto space.
- 10+ years in product management
- Deep curiosity for how complex (financial) systems work, and an ability to internalize and analyze this information quickly
- A blend of demonstrated business, product management, financial management and execution skills
- Experience in a cold start business or startup environment; entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience delivering quality software that solves business and user needs
- Data-driven approach and excellent analytical skills
- You're a natural leader with exceptional communication and influence skills.
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration and building strong partnerships.
- You are excited to learn complex, regulated business domains.
- You believe in our value of putting our Members First, and collaborative work environments.

Our New York office, located in the meat-packing district, provides an open work environment and is a hub for our finance teams. Our large conference, flexible work spaces, huddle rooms, and shared community areas allows our teams to openly collaborate while looking at some spectacular views.
