monday is at an inflection point: evolving from a single product into a multi-product, AI-powered platform. Your group will define the data foundation that makes that transformation possible.

As the Senior Product Group Lead for Data, you will define and own the next-generation data platform powering every monday.com product and every AI use case - at massive scale. You will lead a distributed group of PMs across Tel Aviv and London, partnering with engineering leadership and executive stakeholders to build the data foundation that serves hundreds of internal teams and millions of users.

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading product teams.
  • 7+ years in engineering/data/data science roles
  • Proven experience in building large-scale, distributed data systems.
  • Strong executive communication skills - able to articulate strategy, explain the rationale of product decisions, influence stakeholders, and lead without consensus.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong platform-thinking mindset and ability to build a platform roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial ownership - self-directed, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, fast learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
