The Senior Product Line Manager, Women’s Footwear (PLM) will be responsible for supporting and driving the women's dress and dress casual footwear categories to achieve and exceed company revenue and category performance objectives with direction from the Director, WFW Product Merchandising.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist Director in creating the seasonal line plan and present to design seasonal product strategy for product category, ensuring they support global brand direction
- Analyze selling reports provided by business channels for new and existing collections, styles, skus/colors for in-season selling performance; Communicate findings in a visual/analytic manner
- Generate ad hoc reports for past season performance or forecast reports for upcoming seasons to inform line planning and product life cycle management
- Partner with Director to crate compelling, balanced collections across categories ensuring the support global brand direction.
- Establish target pricing and partner with production, tech design, PD, and design to achieve product category IMU targets
- Have a voice in proto review and all line reviews; internally with product team as well as with channels
- Partner with PM team associate to ensure skus are set-up in system, updated accurately and is communicated cross functionally.
- Drive the creation of document/tools for adoption and global sales meeting to then assist in presenting to Global Teams.
- Ensure all data integrity, from line plan kick off through sales meeting is accurate and current in PLM system in partnership with design, product development and costing teams
- Maintain and track changes to merchandise assortments by season; communicate changes to all cross-functional team members (design, PD, costing, channels)
- Lead MOQ calls ensuring key initiatives are being met.
- Lead Late Add calls ensuring all channel needs are accounted for from PM lens
- Knowledge of competition and trends, identifying new opportunities appropriate for seasonal business needs
- Act as the point of contact for product-related questions for business channels
- Research competitive landscape and marketplace for insight into white space opportunities and trends
- Coordinate samples for meeting and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7+ years previous related experience in Merchandising or Product Management; experience in Women's dress/casual footwear required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, PLM, MIRO
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial, positive working style
- Strong communication, interpersonal & teamwork skills
- Demonstrates leadership and influencing skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented & accurate

Base Salary Range: $115,000 - 135,000 annually*
Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
