Join CyberArk’s Product Management team in the exciting and rapidly emerging space of secure AI agent identity.
As Secure AI Agent Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for AI agents as first-class identities. This domain is new and evolving quickly, so you’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, proactive research, and rapid execution.
Key Responsibilities (short):
Lead research and strategy for secure AI agent identity
Define and execute the product roadmap
Collaborate across PM teams and organizational units
Become the internal expert on relevant standards and protocols
Move fast and adapt to change
Key Responsibilities (full):
Develop deep expertise with identity management, authentication and authorization standards relevant to Agentic AI, and apply this knowledge to shape product strategy and execution.
Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with protocols such as MCP and A2A, and stay current with new developments in the space.
Define the vision and roadmap for CyberArk’s AI agent identity as a first-class identity, ensuring our solutions set the industry standard for authentication, authorization, lifecycle, and governance.
Lead market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
Work closely with other Product Managers and cross-functional units to leverage CyberArk’s existing assets, align them to the Agentic AI challenges.
Move fast and iterate—this domain is evolving rapidly, so you’ll need to research, validate, and execute quickly, adapting to new requirements and opportunities as they arise.

Proactive, highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a serious work ethic
5+ years of experience in product management or other relevant experience
Deep understanding of Agentic AI.
Experience with protocols such as MCP and A2A, or a strong ability to self-learn and master new technical domains.
Proven ability to define product vision and roadmap in a fast-moving, emerging space.
Strong collaboration skills—able to work across PM teams and organizational units to deliver integrated solutions.
High technical aptitude, self-learning ability, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
Background in identity and access management (IAM) is a significant advantage.
Background in Agentic AI development is a significant advantage.
Experience with AI technologies and data analysis
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
Experienced and knowledgeable in working with large global enterprises
Proven ability to succeed in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (mainly in English)
Pragmatic Marketing methodology knowledge & certification – an advantage
Experience in information security – an advantage
BSc in computer-science/engineering, or 2-4 years hands-on experience in software development – an advantage
