About Kouper Health:
Kouper Health is leading the charge in transforming transitions of care. We are backed by General Catalyst, 25m Health, and leading health system partners. Our mission is to bridge the care transition gap and fundamentally improve the patient experience to help people live longer and better.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager at Kouper, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering products that directly impact patient outcomes and provider efficiency. This is a high-leverage, high-judgment role. You will function as a key partner to the VP of Product, owning the product roadmap across our core software platform and agentic workflows. Success in this role will require close collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to translate high-level goals into impactful products.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the roadmap for Kouper’s core products and agentic workflows, utilizing rigorous prioritization frameworks to balance company objectives with client needs.
  • Scalable Agentic Innovation: Drive the rapid scaling of agentic systems to support growing patient volumes and complex interactions, while defining quality measures and conducting experiments to optimize performance.
  • Discovery-Driven Prototyping: Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify pain points, rapidly prototyping and validating new features through an MVP-first approach to ensure product-market fit.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary bridge between technical (Engineering, ML) and non-technical (Operations, Sales, Marketing) teams to refine requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years of technical product management experience, with at least 2 years specifically shipping AI-native or agentic products.
  • Equivalent Professional Experience: We value high-leverage professional backgrounds; relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting will be considered.
  • Scaling Expertise: Proven track record of scaling AI/data products to handle significant increases in users, data volume, and interaction complexity.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand the architecture of agentic systems and a proven track record of building complex data products alongside engineering teams.
  • Metrics-first Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.
  • Drive: A high-ownership mindset, willing to step outside the traditional PM role to deliver the best possible patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling products from 0-to-1 in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with API integrations and interoperable solutions (e.g., Epic or Cerner).

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary and equity package commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health and dental coverage and a flexible work environment.
  • Mission-driven Culture: The opportunity to join a high-growth startup at a high growth stage and impact the future of healthcare.
  • Professional Growth: A supportive environment where you will work alongside high-achieving people and have a direct impact on the business.
  • Flexible hybrid work environment in NYC
  • Expected Start Date: Feb 2026
