As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to build AI-first products that help our businesses grow. In this role, you will solve problems in innovative ways. You'll think creatively about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to build intelligent systems that scale effortlessly, transforming foundational experiences into competitive advantages.

You will define product priorities and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that maximize value for our users. And you will challenge ways of working, leveraging AI and other tools to build smarter and faster. You will report to our Head of Core Product and you must be commutable to our NYC headquarters.

We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end product execution, from zero to one, scaling new ideas from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
• Think strategically about how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to build smarter, more intuitive core experiences that reduce friction and unlock new possibilities for our users.
• Own and shape the roadmap, making bold bets based on market insights, customer needs, and business impact.
• Move fast and build. Rapidly test, iterate, and ship high-quality features that drive real outcomes for users and the business.
• Deeply understand the market, competition, and customer pain points, ensuring GlossGenius stays ahead with innovative, best-in-class experiences.
• Align and energize cross-functional teams, including Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics, to execute at a high velocity.
•  Set ambitious goals, analyze results, and pivot quickly to optimize for impact.
• Own the narrative. Clearly communicate strategy, priorities, and learnings across the company, influencing at all levels from execs to frontline teams.

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years of experience in product management; ideally in a multi-user SaaS and start-up environment; experience building collaborative products is a plus
• ​​Experience building or shipping AI or ML-powered features.
• AI-forward profile – actively explores how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to transform core product experiences; stays informed on industry trends and champions experimentation with new tools
• Demonstrated experience in leading the development of products and features from inception to launch
• Technical and design fluency; comfort discussing concepts with engineering and design counterparts
• Strong product instincts; the ability to deeply understand user problems and business opportunities and define a vision on how to solve them
• Passion for empowering small business owners to be successful; possess a high level of empathy our customers and a strong desire to deeply understand their needs
• A great communicator who has the ability to influence and build alignment both within a product team and with stakeholders across the company

The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $180,000 - $215,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
