About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Commerce Studio roadmap, driving innovation in AI-powered merchandising and search optimization. This role will define and execute the strategy for Commerce Studio’s capabilities, enabling retailers and B2B merchandisers to maximize conversions, increase customer engagement, and streamline workflows.
Reporting to the VP of Product, this position will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver features that enhance merchandising automation, product discovery, and AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Commerce Studio, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer feedback, and company objectives.
- Define and prioritize features that enhance merchandising control, product recommendations, and analytics-driven optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering to design scalable, intuitive solutions that support retail and B2B merchandising workflows.
- Work with AI and data science product and engineering teams to enhance product ranking, personalization, and automated merchandising capabilities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Gather customer insights to inform feature development and refine user experience.
- Measure success using KPIs such as revenue impact, adoption rates, and user engagement.
- Enable internal teams with product documentation, training, and best practices.
- All other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in commerce, search, or merchandising platforms.
- Strong understanding of retail and B2B e-commerce workflows, including search, recommendations, and merchandising strategies.
- Experience with commerce platforms, including merchandising tools, or catalog management systems
- Experience with AI-driven personalization, ranking models, and rules-based merchandising.
- Technical fluency in data pipelines, APIs, and analytics to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into intuitive, high-impact product features.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Acceptable background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time for any employer
