The summary above was generated by AI

We built Bubble with a clear mission in mind: to empower everyone to create software. We believe anyone with an idea should be able to build it, so we’re making software creation accessible to everyone. Our AI visual development platform enables anyone, whether they’re first-time entrepreneurs or enterprise teams, to take an idea from prompt to fully-functional, scalable reality across web, iOS, and Android — all on one platform, all without writing or managing a single line of code.
As the only full-stack, cross-device no-code platform on the market with over 5 million users in over 100 countries, Bubble is breaking down the barriers to entrepreneurship and innovation across the globe.

What we’ve achieved:

Our product is working, and we are thriving. Entire VC-backed companies have been built entirely on Bubble. After finding product market fit and 8 years of bootstrapping, we raised a $100 million Series A and we’re one of the fastest-growing companies in the New York tech ecosystem.
You can build just about anything on Bubble - and our community is living proof. More than just launching products, people are turning their ideas into real businesses. Mailead grew a $10k investment in a Bubble product into a $2M valuation, while Faceless.video went from 0 to $1M+ ARR in less than a year, among many other examples.

About the team and role
The Core team is a growing team comprised of two pods that are responsible for the experience of learning and using the editor. The Bubble editor is where users actually build their apps from designing the UI on a WYSIWYG canvas, to visually building workflows and managing data. The Core team is focused on helping users learn the editor as they work with the agent and start building, and for improving the editor to make it easier to use with progressive disclosure, abstraction, improved discoverability, and core UI/UX improvements.

As a Senior PM on the Core team, you will report to the VP, Product and be responsible for the strategy, OKRs, roadmap, and execution of a large scope of this focus area. You will collaborate with other PMs as we grow the Core team to ensure we have a consistent strategy and user experience for the editor, and partner cross-functionally to build and launch product improvements.

In this role, you'll:

  • Own the product strategy and OKRs for a large scope of the Core focus area

  • Translate strategy and OKRs into a roadmap based on clear evidence and rationale

  • Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing long-term thinking with near-term execution

  • Partner closely with design and engineering in product discovery and delivery, and with marketing and success in go-to-market

  • Mentor junior members of the team and help shape product team processes and best practices

  • Leverage user research to identify product opportunities and to validate direction early

  • Clearly scope MVPs and make informed prioritization decisions while maintaining high standards

  • Develop and document clear product specifications to enable efficient cross-team collaboration

  • Get hands-on building with Bubble to become an expert on our platform

About you:

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience working on challenging UX problems at scale, ideally with experience in PLG SaaS

  • Experience driving product strategy and roadmaps, and leading major launches from discovery through launch and iteration

  • Track record of shipping customer-facing features that drive measurable impact

  • Excited about AI and no-code development, and about becoming an expert-level Bubble developer; prior experience in these areas is a nice-to-have

  • Experience working with design to find intuitive and easy to use solutions to complex UX problems

  • Strong product judgment: you can spot high-impact opportunities and turn them into concrete, actionable plans

  • Comfortable partnering with engineering: You engage on technical tradeoffs and help shape implementation decisions

  • Experience using research and data to inform product decisions, not just validate them

  • Strong documentation and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams

  • Desire to move quickly in building, launching, and iterating
