About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager over our core experiences, you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to shape the future of our product and the platform that powers it, including our new AI helper Berry, Sweetspot, sleep plans, tracking and the technology that makes all this possible.

You will gain a deep understanding of user needs and leverage our rich data to ideate, create, test, and scale magical experiences, while building a strong platform that can scale to help even more families thrive.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Define the long-term vision and multi-year product strategies for the core user experience on our mobile app and platform to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary link between engineering, design, marketing, and operations to align on technical solutions and ensure seamless execution.
  • Product Discovery and Specification: Partner with UX research to translate complex user needs and market trends into new and improved features.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Drive features through the entire creative cycle, including ideation, technical specification, development, launch, analysis, and iterative improvement.
  • Platform and AI Systems: Identify and lead initiatives to build new AI experiences and ensure the platform is scalable, automated, and maintainable.
  • Product Growth: Expand app usage and engagement by identifying feature gaps and building new features to address them
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and internal teams, lead agile ceremonies, clearly communicating product roadmaps, rationale, and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of working across the full product stack from app to platform, improving user experiences and engagement as well as platform performance and scalability, ideally within mobile and/or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis to inform decision-making, validate feature ideas, and measure success metrics.
  • Track record of prioritizing and connecting initiatives to broader business priorities.
  • Experience empowering and motivating a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, delightful experiences across both web and app.
  • Can-do attitude with a proven track record of getting things done.
  • A passion for building products and systems that scale.
  • Strong oral and written communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in direct user testing, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis.
  • You thrive in a startup or other high-ambiguity environment.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with user behavior-oriented or habit-forming apps.
