What we do:

The Product Admin team is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s E-commerce platform and all post-purchase products, features, and functionalities. Our mission is to provide best-in-class tools to our in-house customers to support the company’s goals and growth. As part of the team, you will own these complex processes end-to-end, including designing and measuring their impact.

What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, specialized in Data, to develop and lead the creation of high-impact data products that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. In this role, you will drive the productization of the company’s core data assets, turning complex datasets into high-impact products. You will own the development of advanced operational planning capabilities - including forecasting, roll-forward modeling, and scenario analysis. Moreover, you will define a platform that maximizes revenues and margin by leveraging various supply and demand factors. In order to do so, you will collaborate closely with the company’s leadership, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Scientist, Operations teams, R&D, and Design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy for data-powered solutions (e.g., forecasting, revenue and margins optimizations, price elasticity simulator).
  • Lead end-to-end the development of data-driven products - from discovery and scoping through execution, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • You will build a tool to optimize revenues and margins based on supply and demand constraints.
  • Translate business goals into new product initiatives that drive revenue, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Interpret analytical and model outputs to guide product decisions.
  • Define clear product requirements for analytics, predictive models, segmentation tools, and data platform improvements.
  • Understand the company’s product needs and assess market-available solutions to identify viable off-the-shelf options, providing strategic recommendations on whether to build or buy.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Scientist, Operations teams, R&D, and Design to design and deliver high-quality data products.
  • Establish KPIs, success metrics, and monitoring to measure product performance.
  • Support adoption and long-term value by leading rollout, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvements.
  • Represent product needs in core data infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or data-driven environments, with a strong background in building data-centric or analytics/ML-powered products
  • Previous data experience from roles such as Analyst/Data Scientist, etc. - an advantage
  • Experience in translating business goals into clear product requirements, measurable outcomes, and actionable execution plans
  • Proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and successfully launching and scaling complex data products
  • Experience in defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and performance dashboards to evaluate product impact
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools / ML, including partnering with data scientists, and integrating model outputs into production systems
  • Ability to work with complex data models, schemas, and large-scale data systems, with a strong understanding of data architecture
  • A problem solver with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication skills - a leader comfortable navigating cross-functional teams such as Development, Data, Product, and Operations, while managing complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience defining data SLAs, fallback mechanisms, enrichment strategies, and QA processes in collaboration with data engineering and analytics teams
  • Experience in planning and supply chain management - an advantage
  • Fluency in English
