US Mobile is on a mission to revolutionize connectivity. Imagine a world where you can go into a single app and buy terabytes of data for every one of your devices: phone, wearables, smart devices, home broadband, and more. That’s the future that US Mobile is building: a software platform built truly for the 21st century and the age of 5G and beyond, with world-class engineering, best-in-class user experience, and features that will define the next generation of connectivity.

US Mobile is America’s first and only Super Carrier, allowing customers to access all three major mobile networks & switch seamlessly between them, anytime, anywhere, to get the best coverage possible. We’re now the #1 Phone Plan Provider on Consumer Reports and growing fast - including our team!

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and scale Devices & Marketplace at US Mobile. This currently includes phones, SIM cards, and other physical products, with plans to expand into new categories over time. They will also lead device-adjacent programs such as device protection plans, trade-ins, and upgrades. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-heavy role that works closely with growth, operations, logistics, and customer support.

You are a builder. You’re comfortable getting deep into the details with engineers, designers, and analysts, and just as comfortable zooming out to communicate clearly with leadership. When needed, you are willing to call customers, write copy, build mockups, analyze data, respond to support tickets, negotiate with partners, work through operational or legal constraints, and do whatever it takes to ship great products. Your role is to remove friction for the teams around you and ensure we deliver products that customers genuinely love. PMs here are not consensus-drivers or peacemakers. The job is not to collect opinions, it’s to deliver results. Great PMs at US Mobile find creative solutions, make decisions with imperfect information, and help their teams push through obstacles.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Own the roadmap, metrics, and execution for all device and marketplace initiatives.
  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Growth, Customer Support, and Operations to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Lead device-adjacent programs such as protection plans, trade-ins, financing, and upgrade offerings.
  • Partner closely with Growth and Marketing to design and launch device offers and experiments.
  • Drive conversion, revenue, and profitability through data-driven iteration and experimentation.
  • Build capabilities and integrations needed for logistics teams to manage inventory, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong generalist problem-solver who can identify and execute on high-impact opportunities.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineers to ship real products, not just write specs or manage people.
  • Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or telecom productsExperience with physical products, logistics, or supply chain complexity.
  • Background in growth, experimentation, or revenue-focused product areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary; onsite Monday-Wednesday.
  • Gym reimbursement.
  • Free cellular service on the best network in the US.
  • Free lunch in NYC office & fully stocked kitchen.
  • Metrocard reimbursement.
  • Flexible working hours
