We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Core pillar, a pillar devoted to expanding the capabilities of our Enterprise Asset Management solution. We are looking for someone who can confidently develop the strategy on how to evolve a product area into a differentiator in the Enterprise market. This includes evolving our work execution platform, asset lifecycle management, inventory management and reporting & analytics so that it can support larger and more complex organizations.

What you'll do:

  • Leverage data, user research and competitive/market analysis to help shape the strategy for the Enterprise Product pillar and become an expert in your domain.
  • Execute on a mixture of large innovations and smaller quality-of-live improvements to supercharge our product and our sales team’s ability to close Fortune 5000 companies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to directly help close large deals, while staying aligned to our product vision
  • Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes.
  • Define success metrics to measure and evaluate the impact of product efforts.

About you:

  • 4 to 6+ years in product management with experience building end-to-end experiences, especially in products that prioritize modern UX in conjunction with Enterprise-grade features.
  • Experience working with sales as they move upmarket from SMB to Enterprise
  • Well-versed in product-led sales, and how to use product experiences to drive new customers and overall customer satisfaction throughout the growth funnel
  • Thrives in start-ups with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results alongside the creation of frameworks and processes to scale out the team.
  • Can inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy and roadmap to meet specific KPI’s.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization from executives to IC’s.
  • Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to apply existing solutions to MaintainX specific problems, without reinventing the wheel.
