We're looking for a passionate Product Manager, Developer Experience, to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our industry-leading vector database platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and execute product vision and strategy for developer APIs, SDKs, integrations, and console experiences

  • Define the end-to-end developer journey from onboarding to production, reducing friction and time-to-first-value

  • Drive product roadmap for developer-facing tools and features, aligning engineering priorities with strategic objectives and user needs

  • Design intuitive API interfaces, SDKs, documentation, and console experiences that enhance developer productivity

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and community engagement to understand developer pain points and requirements

  • Analyze usage data, console analytics, and feedback to measure success and identify optimization opportunities

  • Advocate for developers throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their voice influences all product decisions

  • Stay current on developer tools trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience or bachelor's degree in computer science

  • 2+ years of product management experience

  • Understanding of developer needs and familiarity with API’s/SDK’s, and developer tools.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey research findings and product recommendations to non-technical peers and leaders.

  • Experience gathering feedback, input and data from users and running beta tests

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make strategic, business decisions. You enjoy empirical, data-driven approaches to deployment

Bonus points:

  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, and Azure)

  • Familiarity with vector databases and generative AI
