Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Finance

Salary: $185,000 - 230,000 + Equity

Company Description: Cosmoslabs.io - Core team driving the Cosmos blockchain ecosystem and 200+ vertically integrated networks.

Job Description:
Lead the design and development of a groundbreaking Tokenized Deposits platform that bridges traditional banking with blockchain technology. You will own the product strategy for a solution enabling financial institutions to interact with tokenized assets without altering core systems, navigating complex reconciliation flows and US deposit regulations to deliver 24/7 asset settlement.

Location: New York, USA

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Ship at the cutting edge of banking infrastructure by enabling 24/7 settlement for some of the world's largest financial institutions.

  • Join the core team behind the Cosmos SDK and IBC protocol, foundational technologies currently managing tens of billions in value globally.

  • Direct access to executive leadership and a collaborative, high-growth culture based in a vibrant Union Square office in New York City.

What you will do:

  • Define and evolve PRDs for tokenization products, including detailed API specifications and complex interbank reconciliation flows.

  • Conduct weekly direct discovery with target banks and neobanks to validate product assumptions and bridge the gap between bank needs and on-chain logic.

  • Partner closely with engineering to resolve technical trade-offs regarding write-back models, batch vs. webhook sync, and two-phase finality gaps.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or technology roles at commercial banks, core banking vendors (Fiserv, FIS, Temenos), or bank-focused fintechs.

  • Deep understanding of US deposit regulations (FDIC, OCC, Reg CC) and practical experience with payment rails like Fedwire, ACH, and RTP.

  • Strong technical fluency to hold high-level architectural discussions with bank architects and detailed implementation sessions with blockchain engineers.
