As a Product Manager (level to be determined by experience) for the Addressing Solutions business, you will own the technical direction of the Geo Addressing SDK and all its deployments, plus select legacy products. You will assist in setting the roadmap and drive the engineering understanding of the backlog for Precisely’s geocoding, address validation, autocomplete, and addressing SDK products. This is a hands-on, technical role at the intersection of Product Management and Engineering: you will become the subject matter expert on our technology, define acceptance criteria, consult on sprint priorities, resolve customer escalations, and make the daily calls that keep multiple engineering teams shipping. You will partner closely with customers, support, QA, and the broader Product team to turn real-world addressing challenges into shippable software.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the Addressing Solutions portfolio to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Own and prioritize the backlog across multiple engineering teams, covering new features, enhancements to existing features.  You will assist and advise the engineering team on their defects and technical debt considerations.  All of the while balancing customer urgency against strategic priorities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the support team as they handle customer escalations, this could be from initial triage on accounts through to engineering root-cause analysis, fix validation, and customer-facing resolution.
  • Translate incoming support requests and customer feedback into well-formed backlog and roadmap tooling, complete with acceptance criteria, sizing context.
  • Act as the technical bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and external customers – running weekly review calls and contributing to solution definition reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customers to dive deep into address-match behavior, multi-match logic, extended match codes, and country-specific output to drive quality improvements and documentation updates.
  • Evaluate new data sources as they become available.
  • Advise on communications, release-notes and other documentation.
  • Drive internal demos and stakeholder alignment sessions.

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • 5+ years in product ownership, technical product management, software engineering, professional services, solution engineering.
  • Familiarity with address validation, geocoding, location intelligence, GIS, search, or related data-quality solutions at an enterprise scale.
  • Ability to understand software architectures, REST APIs, logs, and engineering design discussions sufficient to validate product behavior and investigate customer issues.
  • Approximately 10% travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform technical validation activities.
  • Experience managing multi-customer escalation queues across accounts with varied SLA commitments.

AI Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proficiency using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) for code review, acceptance criteria generation, and defect triage to accelerate backlog work.
  • Experience evaluating AI-driven match-rate improvements or ML-assisted data quality features in address or location products.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering sufficient to scope AI-assisted feature work and write evaluation criteria for model-generated outputs.

Preferred Skills (a plus but not required):

  • Direct experience with Precisely Geo Addressing SDK, Spectrum, Trillium or Data Integrity Suite APIs.
  • Familiarity with postal address standards.
  • Experience with vendor data licensing evaluation.
  • Exposure to hyperscaler partner integrations.
