About Us
Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.
Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.
We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own how patients discover Nourish and begin their nutrition journey. This role is responsible for defining the strategy for user acquisition and reactivation across web and mobile, with a focus on establishing new sustainable growth channels that scale.
This is a high-ownership role for a senior PM who has built and scaled user acquisition systems before and wants to apply that craft to a rapidly growing product at the intersection of consumer product and healthcare.
This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is in the heart of Flatiron.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end experience to help new patients discover and get started with Nourish, across our website and mobile app.
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize our existing acquisition channels as well as test and validate entirely new ones (e.g. patient communities, external partnerships, app-led acquisition, etc.)
- Partner with sales to streamline how patients referred to Nourish by our growing base of health system partners get started with a dietitian.
- Own success metrics including signup conversion rate, new channel efficiency, and patient reactivation rate.
- You have 5+ years of product management experience, with measurable success in growth-focused roles where you owned new user acquisition and onboarding.
- You have built or scaled multi-channel D2C acquisition programs across growth marketing, product-led growth, SEO/AEO, ASO, referrals, and lifecycle.
- You are an expert at building a clear strategy out of complex data, whether to evaluate past product performance or identify future opportunities.
- You deeply understand your customers, and know when to trust qualitative feedback over data alone.
- You know when to take a big swing with limited data vs. optimizing what exists, and can communicate that reasoning effectively.
- You thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and identify with Nourish’s values: Work smarter and harder. Do your own stunts. Ship fast.
