As a Senior Product Manager responsible for Infobip SaaS products, you will directly impact our portfolio by leading end-to-end product strategy and execution. You will create a new product stream that brings Conversational AI to life across industries, revolutionizing how businesses build customer relationships. This role calls for a hands-on, visionary product person with deep expertise in marketing automation, e-commerce platforms, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), who knows what it takes to succeed at customer engagement market.  

  

What will you do at Infobip? 

  • Discover customer needs and market problems in the e-commerce and digital engagement space while aligning with the broader vision of revolutionizing conversational experiences. 
  • Define a bold product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for Infobip’s Conversational AI SaaS platform. 
  • Share and communicate product vision with all stakeholderscustomers, leadership, engineering, design, GTM, and sales teams. 
  • Partner with engineering and design to translate strategy into scalable, AI-powered SaaS products. 
  • Drive readiness to launch by aligning product, go-to-market, and operational stakeholders. 
  • Scale product adoption by leveraging Infobip’s global infrastructure, including native cloud integrations and automated provisioning capabilities. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Conversational AI, e-commerce engagement, and CDP-powered customer journeys. 
  • Mentor and coach associate product managers, contributing to the growth of Infobip’s product culture. 

 

Expertise Needed  

  • Significant experience managing SaaS products across their full lifecyclefrom discovery to scaling. 
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise working with marketing automation, CDPs, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven success driving digital transformation initiatives in marketing or commerce environmentscovering requirements design, data strategies, customer journey orchestration, and analytics.
  • Understanding of Conversational AI, personalization, and intelligent automation trends, including their technical and business applications. 
  • Strong knowledge of go-to-market and monetization strategies in SaaS. 
  • Skilled at market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. 
  • Practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, or similar). 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to align cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Ability to think strategically while being highly execution-focused. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 
  • A natural team player who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced, and global environments.
