Own and grow MCP Manager product: define roadmap, gather and analyze customer and usage data, write PRDs, collaborate with engineering and design, support GTM launches, and represent product externally while aligning decisions with Usercentrics' privacy strategy and business goals.
The summary above was generated by AI

Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.
In January 2026, we acquired MCP Manager - a governance platform for the Model Context Protocol - and brought it into our product portfolio as a new product line at the intersection of AI and data privacy. This role owns that product.

The role

You will be the Senior Product Manager for MCP Manager by Usercentrics, our solution for controlling and centralizing AI's access to systems and data. This is a high-impact position: the product is new to Usercentrics, the market is moving fast, and you will define how it grows. You will work directly with engineering and design to ship, with GTM teams to launch, and with customers to understand where the product needs to go next.
Within 3 months, you will have a clear grasp of the existing product, established working relationships with engineering and design, and shipped at least a handful of meaningful improvements.
Within 12 months, you will own the product roadmap end-to-end, have embedded MCP Manager into Usercentrics' broader product ecosystem, and be the internal and external authority on what this product does and where it's headed.

Your tasks:

  • Owning the product roadmap for MCP Manager - from prioritization through to delivery
  • Collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback and usage data
  • Writing and maintaining product requirements documentation
  • Collaborating daily with engineering and design teams
  • Supporting go-to-market launches in partnership with Marketing and Customer Success
  • Connecting product decisions to Usercentrics' privacy strategy and business goals
  • Representing the product externally - with customers, partners, and at events
  • This is a small, fast, automation-heavy team - structure is implicit, documentation is lightweight, and you’ll be closer to the build than in a big-company PM seat.

Requirements
  • You’re a fit if you have both real B2B SaaS ownership and hands-on AI/MCP depth.”
  • 5+ years in product management, including hands-on ownership of a B2B SaaS product the company sold not internal tooling, not a PM role at a company that uses software but doesn’t sell it.
  • Technical fluency - you don't need to write code daily, but you can work closely as a peer with engineers
  • Rigorous quantitative analytical skills - you can approach large sets of data and derive evidence-backed conclusions
  • Strong communication, PRDs are clear, your reasoning is traceable
  • Process discipline - you've manage a backlog, run a sprint, and keep stakeholders aligned without constant hand-holding
  • Customer empathy backed by data - you start with user needs and build the business case from there
  • AI depth - you’ve shipped with LLMs, agents, and tool-calling, and can reason about the agent / tool layer – not just AI’s business value.
  • Hands-on MCP / agent depth - You’ve built, configured, or connected MCP servers or agent / tool-calling systems (not just read about them), and can talk transports, auth, and failure modes as a peer with our engineers.
  • Highly curious and self-directed - you ramp fast on a hard new domain without hand-holding.”
  • Eligible to work in the United States
