Own and drive the roadmap for new product verticals, ensuring integration of care that improves patient outcomes and company revenue.
About Us
Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.
Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.
We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Roles:
Reporting to our founding product manager and as a foundational member of Nourish’s Care Expansion team, you’ll help launch and scale new lines of care beyond dietitian-only services.
You’ll own a specific expansion vertical and be responsible for driving attach, retention, revenue, and patient outcomes within that product line. You’ll work across patient-facing experiences and provider-facing workflows to make integrated care seamless and measurable.
These roles are full-time in NYC (in-person candidates only), with flexibility for some remote work. Nourish has an NYC office in the heart of Silicon Alley.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end roadmap for a new product vertical - prioritizing, planning, and executing features that increase attach, retention, and outcomes
- Deeply understand patient and provider workflows to ensure expansion products integrate seamlessly into care
- Design and ship patient-facing and provider-touchpoint improvements that drive multi-product adoption
- Define and track core metrics including attach rate, retention, and revenue per patient
- Conduct user research with patients and providers to uncover friction and validate new concepts
- Analyze behavior and outcomes data to inform strategy and experimentation
- Operate with an owner’s mindset - balancing growth, care model integrity, and monetization
- You have 5+ years of work experience
- You have 3+ years of experience as a product manager
- You’re a 0→1 builder. You’re comfortable launching new products or verticals and scaling them.
- You are analytical and data-oriented. You’re comfortable diving into data, defining metrics, and running A/B tests
- You’re customer-obsessed. You care deeply about building products that improve patient outcomes, not just usage.
- You operate like an owner. You take accountability for results, not just feature delivery. You’re willing to do whatever it takes for a product to be successful.
