This is not just a role; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact for our clubs and our fan experience.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an exceptional project management professional with a proven track record of bringing complex initiatives to fruition. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
End-to-End Project/Program Management

  • Own the entire lifecycle of rewards platform initiatives, from initial concept and requirements gathering through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. This includes defining MVP scope, creating detailed project plans, establishing timelines, and identifying/mitigating risks

Advanced Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the central communication hub for all rewards platform initiatives. This requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, crafting clear and concise documentation, and delivering impactful presentations to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership

Cross-Functional Influencing & Collaboration

  • Proactively build strong relationships and expertly influence cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, operations, legal, and analytics. You will be adept at navigating diverse perspectives, building consensus, and driving alignment towards shared goals without direct authority

Work closely with engineering and design to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation. Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for Club program improvements and drive iterative enhancements

Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, roadblocks, and conflicts that may arise. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and keep initiatives on track

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of demonstrable experience in a Product Management or Program Management role, specifically managing complex technical projects/products, ideally within a platform or B2B/B2C environment
  • Exceptional and demonstrable project management skills, including proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership, and to create compelling presentations and documentation
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment cross-functionally without direct authority. You are a natural consensus-builder and negotiator, skilled at building strong relationships and inspiring collaboration
  • Experience with rewards/loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, or CRM systems is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-level platforms
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
  • Experience with SQL and data analytics experience

Hourly Range $70 - $84/hr
