Diem is building a social search engine, powered by an incentivized community. Our mission is to close the gender information gap by developing an alternative to the current Google search experience. We will become women and non-binary people's first stop when they’re looking for information, beyond their private group chats. 

Diem is backed by leading investors such as Stellation, Acrew, Flyrbidge, Techstars and XFactor Ventures. Our investors share our belief that in a world where large social platforms are disorganized and lack protections for women, it is critical for people to be able to search information in a safer, more credible way.

As the company is quickly growing, we are hiring for our first Senior Product Manager to join the Diem team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience leading the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements, and product launch.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, management, etc)
  • Consumer Social and app development a plus

 

About the Role:

  • Create and implement product strategy and translate to product and engineering development roadmap
  • Own app metrics and performance, creating solutions for improvement when needed
  • Own end to end product delivery including working with user research, designers, marketing, community and engineering on execution
  • Pair with co-founders/community team on user research to understand the community’s needs and gather requirements to influence features on the roadmap

  • Obsessed with problem solving and the the humans utilizing your product
  • Have developed product roadmaps and are big picture thinker
  • You are able to connect the dots between the weeds and the big vision
  • Successfully taken a product to market (go to market experience)
  • Experience owning app metrics and strong understanding of how to use metrics as an indicator for improving the product
  • Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
  • Obsessed with “what’s next” in technology and always thinking about how it can connect people to each other and resources
