  • Feature Development & Enhancement: Translate customer needs and market requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • New Product/SKU Launch: Lead the end-to-end launch of new products and SKUs, including market analysis, competitive positioning, go-to-market strategy, and internal enablement.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive threats, informing product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Technical Acumen: Dive deep into technical details, understand system architecture, and engage in technical discussions with engineering to ensure feasible and scalable solutions.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize product and engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage backlogs, track progress, and communicate effectively across teams.

Who you are:

Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven domain expertise in supply chain and logistics, specifically within transportation or freight management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work hands-on and delve into technical details with engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Based in the United States, with availability to collaborate effectively within US time zones as well with offshore teams.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working directly for a shipper (e.g., manufacturer, retailer, distributor) in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain role.
