  • Foster Innovation: Drive innovation that reduces customer time-to-go-live through streamlined card issuing processes, automated compliance workflows, and enhanced payment infrastructure capabilities
  • Own Success Metrics: Design customer-centric metrics to ensure we are building the right features. Balance qualitative feedback with quantitative success metrics like activation rate, customer NPS, time-to-launch, and platform adoption
  • Build Market Leadership: Represent the company as a thought leader in card issuing and fintech infrastructure through industry engagement, conferences, and strategic partnerships

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience with proven leadership in fintech, ideally with background in card issuing, payment processing, or banking infrastructure, plus experience scaling product initiatives
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of card issuing workflows, payment processing, banking regulations, and fintech infrastructure. Strong opinions about what makes great financial services products
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for fintech innovation, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability. You care deeply about building products that enable financial services companies to scale efficiently
  • Technical Fluency: Strong technical understanding of APIs, payment rails, card networks, and financial data flows. Ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex technical implementations
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can clearly articulate product ideas to both engineers and executives, and present to external customers and industry audiences
  • Commercial Mindset: Experience in competitive fintech markets with understanding of pricing models, regulatory requirements, and developing go-to-market strategies
  • Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the latest trends in card issuing, digital banking, payment processing, and financial services infrastructure
  • Adaptability: Financial markets and regulations always change, but you still positively navigate the right course with creativity and strategic thinking
