About Savvy Wealth:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry in the US, yet remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors don’t offer digital communication beyond email, and 62% still build financial plans manually in Excel. This leads to a poor client experience and results in financial advisors spending over 70% of their time on non-client facing, manual work.

Savvy is changing that. We’re building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management: a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients.

We’ve raised over $105M to date from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Mark Casady (former LPL Financial CEO), and other top-tier investors. Our team is made up of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, $200B+ RIAs, and more.

Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit in providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve surpassed $5.1 billion in AUM in less than three years, grown 600%+ in the last 18 months, and are entering the next phase of the company which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and continued revenue growth. Come help us scale!

The Role:

We're building one of the first fully agentic advisory platforms in wealth management and we need a PM who can lead it.
This isn't a traditional product role. You won't be handed a backlog or a discovery framework. You'll be dropped into a fast-moving, ambiguous problem space and expected to make sharp calls on what to build, why, and when. You'll own the development of Savvy's advisor facing AI features including core workflows that lets Savvy advisors do more with less — and you'll set the direction for what it becomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Product strategy for the agentic workbench: Working closely with Savvy leadership to shape where it goes, what gets built next, and why. You're not executing a roadmap someone else designed; you're making the map.

  • Translating AI capability into advisor workflow: advisors will tell you what they want. Your job is to figure out what they actually need. Those are rarely the same thing in agentic product development.

  • Staying ahead of the model: LLM and AI capabilities change fast. You'll track what's possible, pressure-test it against real advisor workflows, and pull forward opportunities before competitors see them.

  • Cross-functional execution: close partnership with engineering, design and our internal teams to ship high-quality product fast. You unblock, you decide, you drive.

  • Instrumentation and learning: define the right success metrics for agentic features, evaluate what's working, and adjust quickly.
    Who You Are:

  • You think in first principles, not frameworks. When you're in a leadership meeting or a design review, you're the person who says "wait, why are we doing it this way at all?" and actually has an answer.

  • You're plugged into the AI ecosystem, not just following it, but synthesizing it. You know what's shipping from Anthropic, OpenAI, and the open-source community, and you have opinions on what matters for your use case.

  • You're comfortable getting technical. You don't need to write production code, but you can read it, you understand how LLMs and agents work under the hood, and you can have a real conversation with engineers about tradeoffs, not just requirements.

  • You move fast without losing judgment. You can hold the long-term vision and the current sprint at the same time.

  • You aspire to build something whether it's a product, a company, a category. This role is a forcing function for that.

    Must have:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least some time at a high-growth tech startup

  • Shipped AI-powered products (not just "used AI in your workflow", actually owned the roadmap for an AI feature or product)

  • Strong technical depth: enough to reason about LLMs, agents, evals, and latency tradeoffs with credibility

  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with limited guidance

  • Track record of making sharp prioritization calls under pressure

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services

  • Previous founder experience or serious founder ambitions

  • BS/MS in computer science, engineering, or related technical field

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays

  • Access to holistic medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Company 401(k), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans

  • NYC office in the heart of Manhattan

  • Lunch and snacks provided in the office

  • Access to virtual mental health care (Spring Health), vision related benefits (XP Health), and health concierge (Rightway) to help you find the right care

  • Access to counseling for stress management, dependent care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues (Guardian WorkLifeMatters EAP)
