The most recent evolution is the formation of Clio’s Enterprise division which currently comprises ShareDo (shortly to be named Clio Operate) and vLex Vincent. We strongly believe that this consolidated set of products represents a category defining client proposition that can act as an enabler for “untethered growth” for our legal clients. So far our clients agree and Operate grew revenue by ~100% in 2025.
In order to achieve this vision, we are hiring for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution for our Documents team.
Our mission is to build the best in class, document drafting for our customers. The documents product manager is responsible for managing the storage of all documents (ShareDo provides an adapter on top of DMS’s including NetDocs, iManage and O365) together with manage their Production (Drafting, Bundling) and the Ingestion of them (filing, uploading). Document management is a specialist domain that needs to be world class for our law firm clients and the ideal candidate would have worked in this area extensively

What you’ll work on:
Strategic Product Leadership:
Develop and execute a product vision, strategy and roadmap aligning with Clio's overarching business objectives and customer needs.
Depth & Breadth: you will need to understand our customer needs and then think deeply on how best to solve these issues.
Work cross-functionally with other product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product changes.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Use data and customer insights to track key metrics and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for product optimization and continuous improvement.
Production of end user, configurator and developer centric materials to assist our partners, clients and the general ShareDo community in better utilizing our platform
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including customers and other Clio product teams, to gather insights, feedback, and requirements that inform product development and improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments and effective communication of product goals and milestones.
Your Experience:
Over 4 years of experience in product management roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of managing and enhancing complex software products or platforms.
Experience working with applications that support document management is essential.
Experience designing & building technical products for volume usage
Strong business and metrics focus.
Experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and using data to inform product decisions that enhance the user experience.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and drive product initiatives forward.

The expected salary range* for this role is $152,200 to $179,000 to $205,800 USD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
