About Invisible

Invisible Technologies makes AI work. Our end-to-end AI platform structures messy data, automates digital workflows, deploys agentic solutions, measures outcomes, and integrates human expertise where it matters most.

Our platform cleans, labels, and structures company data so it is ready for AI. It adapts models to each business and adds human expertise when needed, the same approach we have used to improve models for more than 80% of the world’s top AI companies, including Microsoft, AWS, and Cohere.

Our successes span industries, from supply chain automation for Swiss Gear to AI-enabled naval simulations with SAIC, and validating NBA draft picks for the Charlotte Hornets.

Profitable for more than half a decade, Invisible reached $134M in revenue and ranked as the number two fastest growing AI company on the 2024 Inc. 5000. In September 2025, we raised $100M in growth capital to accelerate our mission of making AI actually work in the enterprise and to advance our platform technology.

About The Role

We’re seeking top product talent to embed with strategic enterprise clients. You will sit shoulder-to-shoulder with business stakeholders, translate ambiguous ideas into AI-powered solutions, and shepherd projects from discovery through delivery. Over the next six months, your work will double discovery capacity, develop custom products leveraging AI, unlock new revenue streams for our clients and Invisible, and lay the groundwork for deeper, long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do
  • Discovery & Scoping: Lead concise, high-impact workshops that surface true business needs, define success metrics, and craft phased, right-sized scopes.
  • Project Stewardship: Build and own delivery timelines and OKRs, run stand-ups, clear blockers, coordinate directly with engineering teams to advance outcomes, and escalate early to keep work on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary product point of contact for strategic enterprise clients, nurturing executive relationships and ensuring alignment.
  • AI-Enabled Solution Design: Combine client context with Invisible’s AI toolkit to architect solutions using classical automation, GenAI, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
  • Continuous Improvement: Document playbooks, mentor new analysts/PMs, and feed insights back into Invisible’s product and sales teams.
What We Need

Required:

    • 5+ years in product management, solution consulting, or comparable delivery roles.
    • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped products or pilots.
    • Proven success managing enterprise client relationships.
    • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
    • Extremely high level of personal ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and independence.
    • Adaptable, resilient, curious, ambitious, coachable, low ego critical thinker.
    • Comfortable in a high rate-of-change, evolving, ambiguous environment.
    • Working knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and data flows; curiosity about GenAI.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Notion, Asana).
    • Experience working in highly matrixed, enterprise organizations across multiple stakeholders.
    • Authorization to work in the US and willingness to travel.
    • Ability to work in-person, in-office in NYC 4 days per week.

Nice-to-have:

    • Deep experience deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., financial services).
    • Experience advising and partnering with senior stakeholders.
    • Prior success scaling hybrid vendor-client teams or launching joint-venture initiatives.
    • Prior experience working in financial services or related industries.
