About the Opportunity - Senior Product Marketing Manager
We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the mid-market and enterprise go-to-market motion. This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role for someone who wants to be the strategic operator behind one of the most important segments of our business and a deep subject-matter expert who shapes how we win in the market.
You will partner directly with sales, customer success, product, and demand generation to launch products, accelerate deals, retain customers, and sharpen our competitive edge. Because this role collaborates closely with globally distributed teams, candidates must be able to work core Eastern Time (ET) business hours. You move fast, you use AI fluently to compress launch cycles and scale output, and you own outcomes end-to-end. If you are energized by complex buyers, multi-product motions, and the pace of an AI-native business, this role is for you.
Why this role matters: As Employ accelerates its product and AI roadmap, the mid-market and enterprise segment needs a dedicated owner who can move at the pace of the business and turn fast-moving product releases into market wins. You will have the autonomy to shape how an entire segment goes to market and the visibility that comes with owning our most strategic products.
About the Team:
Product Marketing sits at the center of how Employ brings JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite to market. We are a small but mighty team that owns product positioning, ICPs, product launches, competitive strategy, and field enablement assets across the portfolio — partnering closely with product, sales, customer success, sales enablement, and demand generation. We move fast, use AI fluently, and operate as strategic owners of how our brands win.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end launch motion for high priority products — from positioning and messaging through field-ready assets and post-launch measurement.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across product, demand gen, sales, and customer success, keeping every release on time and on message.
- Build product positioning in ways that resonate with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
- Drive competitive displacement campaigns with objection handling, talk tracks, and enablement for the field.
- Partner on win/loss analysis to feed insights back into positioning, product, and the field.
- Equip the field with the right content at the right moment to accelerate deals and retention efforts.
- Be the voice of the mid-market and enterprise customer inside the business, shaping how we position, sell, and retain across the segment.
- Support retention and expansion narratives in partnership with customer success.
