About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our Fraud Management, Dispute Management, and Abuse Prevention offerings. In this strategic, high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end PMM strategy—partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive differentiation and growth within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Forter Narrative: You will own and evolve Forter’s overall market positioning, narrative, messaging, and brand identity, ensuring it resonates deeply with our target enterprise buyers, analysts, and investors.
  • Define the Story: Turn our approach to fraud mitigation into simple, powerful messaging that resonates with both C-suite executives and fraud practitioners.
  • Lead Product Launches: Orchestrate the GTM game plan for new features and offerings. You’ll ensure the entire organization is trained, excited, and ready to win.
  • Be a Partner to Field & Product: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting to support live deals and gather real-world feedback. You will translate these field insights into actionable recommendations for the Product team to help influence our roadmap.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Help us find our next big win. You’ll research and validate ways to expand, whether that’s moving into new industries or launching entirely new capabilities.
  • Run the Win/Loss Program: Lead the charge on analyzing why we win or lose deals. You’ll partner with our win/loss vendor to interview prospects and share those lessons across the company to improve our win rate.
  • Know the Market: Become the expert on our competitors and customers, translating market trends into actionable insights that help us stay ahead.
  • Arm the Team: Create the thought-leadership, playbooks, and sales assets needed to win. You’ll partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to make our value proposition compelling and impossible to ignore.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in Product Marketing within the B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or analytics space, a plus if you have experience targeting retail and commerce organizations. You have a knack for managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Communication: You have the ability to create compelling customer-facing narratives and sharp competitive positioning, even when working with technical subject matter.
  • AI Prowess: You know how to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale your impact without sacrificing quality.
  • Natural Collaborator: A proven ability to build strong relationships across a diverse set of global stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: You are a self-starter who can build programs from scratch, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
