Position Description:

At ServiceTrade, you’ll build technology that matters — for your career, your team, and the thousands of commercial contractors who rely on our platform every day. We’re on a mission to partner with commercial trades to deliver technology that enhances technician productivity, improves customer experiences, and drives scalable growth.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who’s excited to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how our products are positioned, brought to market, adopted, and expanded across thousands of technicians, service managers, and business leaders who run their operations on ServiceTrade. You’ll translate customer insights, market dynamics, and product innovation into clear messaging, compelling content, and winning go-to-market strategies.

You will own product messaging, orchestrate product and feature launches (including AI-powered capabilities), and continually sharpen our competitive understanding in an increasingly active market. This role is ideal for someone who loves building narrative, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and wants to be part of a company defining the future of technology for the commercial trades.

Why ServiceTrade:

You’ll belong here from the start.

We bring together kind, curious people with diverse perspectives and trust them with meaningful work. You’ll have ownership, clarity, and support to solve real problems, make a visible impact for our customers, and continue growing as your role evolves.

On the Product Marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a team that values creativity, curiosity, intelligence, and ownership—and you’ll have the opportunity to craft messaging for highly engaged audiences, launch impactful new features—including AI-powered capabilities—partner closely with a high-performing Product organization, and see your work directly influence customer adoption, sales success, and company growth.

About you:

You are a strategic, curious, and highly collaborative product marketer who loves turning complex technology into clear, compelling narratives. You bring strong B2B SaaS experience and have a track record of crafting messaging that resonates with real buyers and users—supported by customer research, testing, and data.

You have led successful product and feature launches, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create high-impact go-to-market moments. You thrive in environments where you can shape positioning, build content, support sellers, and guide teams on how to win. Competitive intelligence is part of how you operate, and you’re comfortable tracking market shifts and distilling insights into actionable guidance.

You’re also excited about how AI is transforming product marketing. Whether through tools that streamline workflows or AI-powered product capabilities you help bring to market, you bring curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.

**And while not required, it’s a nice-to-have if you have experience in industries that center on operations, service delivery, or field technicians—or if you’ve marketed software used by commercial contractors. Familiarity with how these businesses operate, how they buy technology, or what their users value is an added bonus.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with ServiceTrade’s core personas across fire protection and mechanical service.
  • Validate and refine messaging through customer insights, testing, and collaboration with Sales and Product.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product releases and feature launches, including AI-powered capabilities
  • Build launch briefs, messaging guides, and cross-functional alignment plans that ensure successful adoption.
  • Create high-impact GTM content such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, datasheets, videos, and demo narratives.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence on key players, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and update competitive battlecards, positioning guidance, and insights for Sales and Product teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions using market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Support Sales with talk tracks, objection handling, and persona-aligned messaging that improve win rates.
  • Craft compelling narratives for AI features, focusing on trust, value, and clear customer impact.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled workflows to improve PMM efficiency, content creation, and GTM processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure consistent product storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Synthesize customer feedback, market signals, and product performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the internal expert on your assigned product areas—providing clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams.
  • Other duties as necessary.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (or equivalent strategic marketing role).
  • Proven success developing product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence, market analysis, and building competitive tools (battlecards, competitor briefs).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter and storyteller.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to validate messaging, evaluate market signals, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can improve both product marketing workflows and customer experience.
  • Nice to have: Experience in commercial contracting, field service management, or software used by service technicians or operational teams.
