What You'll Do
- Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting, and product deployments for key customers.
- Act as the technical single point of contact (SPOC) for strategic accounts, ensuring fast and high-quality issue resolution.
- Champion the use of Data Analytics and AI to optimize network performance, predict issues, and drive smarter operations.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate field insights into product improvements.
- Support proof of concepts, demos, and trials in both lab and customer environments.
- Mentor peers, share technical knowledge, and foster continuous learning across teams.
- Drive initiatives to improve processes, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent to Native Japanese; Business level English
- Proven experience in RAN/ERS systems, hardware/software integration, LTE & NR technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and AI-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to perform under pressure, adapt to change, and lead through influence.
- Passion for innovation, automation, and AI transformation in telecom operations.
