The Role You'll Play

 At the heart of our Marketplace team, you’ll help shape the future of our product portfolio and fuel growth across our global ClassPass marketplace. You’ll support complex, high-impact programs from concept to market, working across teams to uncover opportunity, validate ideas, and scale what works. This is a role for strategic thinkers who love turning insight into action, and action into business results.

  • Support cross-functional programs that drive meaningful outcomes for our users, studio partners, and the business
  • Design and launch beta tests that push the boundaries of what’s possible, then scale winning ideas companywide
  • Translate business goals into clear, actionable frameworks and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with data scientists, sales leaders, marketing team and business leaders to align on strategy and deliver on outcomes
  • Manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives with calm clarity
  • Facilitate decision-making in ambiguous spaces using structured thinking, smart experimentation, and measurable results
  • Support working groups around central strategy pillars, keeping momentum high and blockers low

 The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 3-5+ years' experience in management consulting, PE, VC, or in an operations / strategic planning role at a tech company; experience with a rapidly scaling business is a plus.
  • Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact
  • Practical business sense with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their impact.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with data scientists, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations and other business leaders to align on strategy and deliver on outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design; advanced Excel skills required
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
  • Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models; eCommerce experience is a bonusHands-on with AI tools, with real examples of using them to move faster on analysis or automate work
