In This Role
In this role, you will serve as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialist supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will translate system, process, and capability changes into clear communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies that help stakeholders successfully adopt new tools and ways of working. You will partner closely with project managers, product owners, subject-matter experts, and leadership to ensure change efforts are embedded from project initiation through post-go-live, delivering measurable business value and a strong user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with program goals, timelines, and operating rhythms
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, data, technology, roles, and controls
- Define and maintain integrated OCM plans covering communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement
- Partner with program and delivery teams to embed change management throughout the project lifecycle
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Create and deliver clear, audience-specific communications explaining system changes, business impact, and required actions
- Plan and facilitate awareness sessions, demos, roadshows, and town halls for global stakeholder groups
- Prepare leadership-ready materials such as executive briefings, steering committee decks, and decision presentations
- Maintain digital collaboration sites to ensure change content is accurate, current, and accessible
Training & Enablement
- Design role-based training strategies and learning journeys
- Develop and coordinate training decks, walkthroughs, job aids, and enablement materials
- Partner with subject-matter experts to ensure training reflects real-world scenarios and practical usage
Readiness, Adoption & Measurement
- Design and administer readiness surveys; analyze results and identify risks and mitigation actions
- Develop post-launch adoption and reinforcement plans
- Define, track, and report KPIs and OKRs related to adoption, usage, and value realization
- Monitor adoption metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Design Thinking & Value Realization
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to identify user pain points and experience gaps
- Support definition of success metrics and expected outcomes for digital initiatives
- Ensure change activities remain tied to business impact, user experience, and measurable value
Qualifications
- Experience leading Organizational Change Management efforts for large, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex change into clear messaging
- Proven stakeholder management experience across global and cross-functional teams
- Experience designing and delivering training and enablement content
- Experience with readiness assessments, surveys, and adoption measurement
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into leadership-ready recommendations
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, meetings, and leadership sessions
- Proficiency with collaboration and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, productivity suites)
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., ADKAR or similar frameworks)
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with KPI / OKR definition and adoption tracking
- Experience applying design thinking or user-centered approaches
- Background in engineering, construction, finance, supply chain, or similarly complex operating environments
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 to $120,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
