About the Role:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities between different projects and/or workstreamsin order to ensure the continuity and quality of engagements. The Program Manager should have familiarity with Information Technology and Information Security projects.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Project Manager will have the overall responsibility of implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and ensuring the work meets Cyderes and the client’s requirements.
- The Senior Project Manager serves as the focal point for the client for all program activities and is responsible for the overall quality and standard conformance under the Statement of Work (“SOW”).
- The Senior Project Manager can plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within the budget.
Requirements:
- Program management experience with leading large initiatives that involve significant business change is required.
- Excellent communication skills, including proven abilities to facilitate and influence the outcome of cross-functional meetings, champion ideas, and influence key stakeholders across the organization to obtain buy-in, is required.
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis in preparing/reviewing business cases is expected.
- A deep understanding of how to leverage data to make decisions that drive positive business outcomes is expected.
- A Program Manager has advanced communication and presentation skills, including proven abilities to facilitate and influence the outcome of cross-functional meetings and influence key stakeholders.
- A Program Manager can adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship-building styleis expected.
- You must be self-motivated, committed, and accountable.
