PerfectServe’s mission is to accelerate speed to care by optimizing provider schedules and routing communications — including messages, pages, calls, and alerts — to the right place at the right time in any care setting. By facilitating real-time information sharing, building better schedules, and automating important clinical workflows, we believe we can help our customers advance patient care and improve the well-being of their clinicians.
Leading analyst firms like Gartner® and KLAS Research have consistently validated our approach:
- In 2026, PerfectServe was named highest in execution and furthest in vision in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Clinical Communication and Collaboration — the clear segment leader.
- PerfectServe also received two Best in KLAS awards in 2026 — one for physician scheduling and another for ambulatory clinical communications. That makes for 11 Best in KLAS awards over the past 9 years.
If you're looking for a well-established, tech-forward company full of smart people doing meaningful work, you've found the right place!
At PerfectServe, we believe better communication drives better healthcare. Every interaction across the care continuum — between clinicians, patients, operational teams, and support staff — depends on timely, intelligent coordination. Our mission is to simplify that complexity through technology that helps healthcare organizations communicate more effectively, operate more efficiently, and deliver better experiences across the continuum of care.
PerfectServe partners with health systems, physician practices, and healthcare organizations across the country to improve clinical communication, scheduling, patient engagement, and operational workflows. We are recognized as a leader in healthcare communication and collaboration because we combine innovation, operational rigor, and deep healthcare expertise with a relentless focus on customer experience.
The OpportunityYou are the connective tissue. No direct reports, no channels, no content — and yet you may be the reason the whole engine keeps time. You own the operating rhythm, the intake that keeps content and design from being pulled apart, the systems the team runs on, and the rollout of AI workflows across marketing. Most of the overlaps in this org get resolved at the seams, and you own the seams.
This is a high-trust, low-ego role for someone who would rather make a team faster than take the credit. With a sale on an 18-month horizon, on-time delivery and a clean operating story are not nice-to-haves.
What You’ll OwnOperating rhythm
- Own the planning cadence, QBRs, roadmap, and the campaign and content intake and traffic system.
- Manage dependencies across pillars so the creation-to-conversion handoff and the content queue actually move.
Systems and marketing operations
- Own the martech and process backbone: Salesforce and Pardot administration in partnership with RevOps (only owning the marketing specific workflows)
- Own the attribution model’s plumbing so the pipeline story is clean enough for a board or a data room.
AI enablement
- Support the rollout of AI and agentic workflows across the team; define the playbooks, drive adoption, and track hours saved.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging AI for scale.
Initiative delivery
- Run delivery for the big cross-functional programs: the AI-first repositioning and exit readiness.
What You Don’t Own
- Channel strategy, content, or creative — those are the pillars; you make their work land on time.
- Any pipeline number — you’re measured on delivery and adoption, not demand.
- On-time delivery. Cross-functional initiatives delivered on schedule.
- Cycle time. Brief-to-launch time, shortening over time.
- AI adoption. Share of the team using defined AI workflows, and hours saved.
- Planning hygiene. Cadence adherence and dependency clarity across pillars.
- Milestone delivery. Repositioning and exit-readiness milestones hit on schedule.
- 6+ years in program or project management, marketing operations, or revenue operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A builder of operating systems and cadences, not just a tracker of tasks.
- Hands-on with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, and project tooling.
- An AI-first operator who has rolled out agentic workflows and driven real adoption.
- Calm, organized, and able to influence without authority.
- Experience standing up a marketing operations function.
- Experience supporting a company through diligence or an exit.
