SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to ensure that Creative Agency projects are set up properly and move through the workflow efficiently. In this role, you'll help create clarity and momentum across projects by ensuring team members understand their responsibilities, stay connected to project updates, and have the information they need to contribute effectively while staying on track.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the lead partner to the Account Manager while comfortable in an external client-facing role. 
• Collaborate across teams to understand project scopes; review materials, build project timelines, manage team activities, and create project documentation. 
• Manage day-to-day project schedules/calendars to track campaign and deliverable milestones. 
• Ensure project outcomes meet the deliverable deadlines and the required standard of quality on budget. 
• Serve as a coach and mentor to other Project Managers on the team across various workflows. 
• Monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems while proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance. 
• Oversee post-production timelines, development of all assets, QCing, and managing final delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least ten (10) years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or traditional advertising agency 
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools, Asana or Azure Dev Ops preferred 
• Familiarity with design tools and development terminology; knowledge of Adobe CS, Invision, Figma, Sketch App preferred 
• Experience working with external vendors and/or agency partners 
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all internal team members while keeping focus on the client’s goals and needs 
• Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments 
• Interest in being involved in every part of the creative process, from strategy through delivery 
• Strong interest in digital experiences  
• May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance
• High school diploma or GED – some college preferred.

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
