The Role and What You’ll Do:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a trusted partner across a multi-agency ecosystem. This role is responsible for integrating seamlessly into the team, establishing themselves as a primary point of contact for our client and multiple stakeholders, and driving clarity, efficiency, and confidence across programs.
The Senior Project Manager will work in close partnership with the client, internal teams, and external agency partners to establish and evolve processes, maintain visibility into progress, and ensure the successful delivery of multiple large-scale initiatives. This individual will balance overlapping timelines, time zones, and language considerations while adapting to evolving client needs and priorities.
Key Tasks:
Establish and maintain a strong presence as a reliable point of contact across multiple programs, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
Own communication workflows by organizing information, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring consistent visibility into project status, milestones, risks, and next steps.
Organize and run meetings, set the direction of the conversation, and hold stakeholders accountable.
Build stakeholder confidence by driving transparency, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
Manage multiple large-scale hospitality, ticketing and experiential projects simultaneously, navigating complex timelines, global teams, and evolving client requirements.
Improve team efficiency by clarifying communication pathways, developing organized trackers, and leveraging support from internal teams.
Leverage data and project management tools to forecast risks, track progress, and improve operational efficiency.
Lead with a solutions-oriented mindset, optimizing efficiency through targeted working sessions, smaller group meetings, and over-communication of key milestones.
Model collaboration, adaptability, and accountability across all engagements.
Build strong working relationships with internal Creative, Experiential (XM), Partnerships, Account, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and support.
Seek, incorporate, and implement feedback from internal teams and clients to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
Core Project Management Duties
Partner with client leadership to define objectives, scopes, timelines, and budgets.
Establish and manage detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with internal leads and agency partners.
Monitor progress across all workstreams, identifying dependencies, risks, and required adjustments.
Maintain awareness of all client communications, identifying action items and routing them to the appropriate teams.
Facilitate regular status updates, check-ins, and reporting to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned.
Support Account, Operations, and Finance teams with resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a client-facing lead, participating in all relevant client meetings and acting as a key partner in discussions around timelines, resources, budgets, and next steps.
Connect the dots across a highly matrixed agency environment, ensuring clarity around ownership, status, and priorities at all times.
Filter incoming requests and guide teams toward efficient, well-scoped solutions that support both client and agency goals.
You Have These:
Fluency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
Strong understanding of project lifecycles across creative, experiential, and partnership-driven workstreams.
Proven ability to build phased timelines, manage dependencies, and coordinate internal reviews.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
Data-driven and solutions-focused, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and recommend improvements.
Adaptable and resilient, able to adjust approach as projects, priorities, and client needs evolve.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$90,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
