  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across CI, account teams, analytics, and development to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and driving mitigation strategies.
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, and communication across internal stakeholders.
      Project Management & Coordination
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and handoffs across, analytics, technical, and account teams.
  • Track multiple concurrent projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to maintain alignment and momentum across stakeholders.
  • Oversee intake, prioritization, and workflow management of incoming requests from account teams.
  • Ensure consistent use of project management tools and best practices.
      Quality Control & Execution Oversight
  • Ensure all deliverables are clearly defined, actionable, and ready for execution prior to handoff
  • Oversee QA and validation processes across audience builds, model outputs, and deliverables.
  • Ensure outputs are complete, accurate, and aligned to intended outcomes.
  • Validate key elements such as segmentation execution, suppressions, data flows, and output structure.
      Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within CI for our client facing account teams.
  • Lead regular project check-ins and status meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate expectations, timelines, and communications between client-facing account teams and internal data teams (analytics and development), ensuring alignment, clarity, and on-time delivery.
  • Build strong internal relationships to enable smooth collaboration and delivery.
      Marketing & Campaign Alignment
  • Partner with account teams to understand campaign objectives, audience strategies, and execution requirements.
  • Ensure deliverables support key marketing functions such as segmentation, targeting, personalization, and reporting.
  • Apply a client-minded perspective to internal work, ensuring outputs align to both requirements and intended outcomes.
      Process Improvement
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for project processes, QA standards, and best practices.

Who you are:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in project management within a marketing, advertising, or data-driven campaign environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Strong experience supporting marketing campaign execution, audience segmentation, or customer data initiatives.
  • Experience working across industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, and Retail.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong understanding of marketing ecosystems, including campaign execution, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on accountability, ownership, and execution.
  • Ability to apply a client-minded perspective to internal work and deliverables.

Your additional skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from intake to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in internal-facing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and drive operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
